Web Camera Help

Hello to all.
I have this problem i have the ETT 350 pixels web camera , and i wouls like to speed up the Fps on this web cam , cause whenever i am recording something on the desktop the movie clip is slow (???). I want to know is there any software that i can speed up the movieso it would look like the regular one..
And the web camera specs are

Hi.
You didn't say what type of computer you have. (Speed,OS, RAM, HD, etc.)
Anyway... What resolution are you capturing at? I would sugest 320x240,
if it still doesn't work, try a lower resolution. Don't capture at 640x480 unless
you have a fast (2GHz) system.
