I'm trying to install a video capture card, but windows don't identify it (Win XP Pro SP 2).

I've loaded Linux (bootable CD) and the command lspci showed this one as:

Brooktree corporation Bt878 (rev 11)

But all drivers I've found for Bt878 didn't work...

Can anyone help me?!

Thanks.

The Brooktree bt878 chipset is in a lot of devices, however its the extra features found in many cards with that base chipset that cause driver not working issues - I've always found that the ones here (right at the bottom 'discontinued devices' for 'flyvideo' whatever, are pretty good matches for most as the feature list is only basic) are pretty good

Then having got a WDM compliant driver 'in & going' (so showing in device manager right) then you need something to view it with & I like this (its on my pc) ChrisTV very much...

.. & welcome to WD forums
