OK I accidently set my refresh rate to high on one of my computers , but when I try to boot in with safe mode is locks up loading the amdagp driver. Any ideas on how to get it up in safe mode?

You can try booting normally but in VGA mode (640x480). That may work.

How do I go about that? It is not in that list. Is it in the BIOS.

Hit [F8] after your computer finished it's CMOS check and goes "Beep". A menu should appear and select the appropriate option.
