Hi all,

I am currently running an Asus AX800XT PE vid card with the current Asus drivers. I was wondering if I could run the card with the offical ATi drivers (mainly the new Catalyst 4.10 drivers). Is there any known issues that may cause any problems? I'm pretty sure the cards them selves are the same. I prefer the new control center over the older control panel. Has anyone tried this before with any success?

Btw, I ran 3DMark05 yesterday and got the following scores:

3DMark Score: 4373
CPU Mark Score: 4826

I was hoping for higher for my rig setup....anyone know if this is ok or kinda low?

Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeff

the drivers included with your card are in fact ATI drivers, and they are definately old considering your low score in 3Dmark05. With that card you should be hitting over 5000. Go to ati.com and pick up the 4.10s, they will serve you much better.
