I am looking for an lcd 17 or 19, that has HD input so I can hook up my xbox to it, and even better would be a cable input, any ideas? I basicly want to beable to use my xbox upstairs when me parents are being @#$'s, plus having and lcd with tv inputs (no tv tuner required) would be nice.

Hi,
It all depends on what ur talking about spending..the 19inch sony with the 12ms response time is looking sweet..if u can afford 699$ US.

Well I have narrowed my search down to either 17 or 19 inche lcd with a built in tv tuner. I found a bunch but they all have a 25ms response time, which is to slow for gaming. I am looking for somthing that has 16ms response time or less.
Any ideas,
I found the BENQ FP791 comes a built in tvtuner (optional) but I can't find a retailer in Vancouver that carries this one.
I also have another question. If I get a monitor with svideo in can I hook up my digital cable box to it, and watch tv off of it?
And I also saw on newegg that they say some lcds are "HDTV ready", would my cable box beable to output straight to the dvi input? how would that work?
