Can you be more specific? How "cheap" do you need it? Newegg has pretty good prices.

Are you looking new? Retail? Would you consider used?

It's very hard to find one right now. Rumor has it that they are not gonna be around much longer. A lot of sites have them on a pre-order basis for cheap right now. Newegg is way overpriced on the 146 and out of stock. Here are a few sites who will have them in a few days.

Do all of them OC beyond 2.5?
What does stepping E4 means? Does everyone have stepping E4?

LOL! I have never heard of one of these chips not hitting at least 2.7.
Most hit between 2.8 to 3.0 on air. I will guarantee these chips are worth every penny you spend!

Read the reviews on this thing. Take some with a grain of salt, like the one about this guy running 3.4. Here is also a review link for the 148 opty which I own and contest to is an awesome chip. 146 and 148 are based on the same chip just one is down clocked and has a 10x multi instead of 11x. E4 is what you want. These are the creme of the crop.

There are plenty on ebay, and at reasonable prices.

I've bought a few chips and had no problems.
