Could anyone please help me, i have recently bought a JVC DX75E and on the box it says my windows XP home edition will have it pre installed i cant install the camera in any way
any help would be gratefully accepted

Please read the manual completely.
Most new devices require you to install the software/drivers before connecting the hardware.
What have you dont up until now?
This JVC is a camcorder correct?
